Shipping Policy

It is our policy to save you money on shipping whenever possible. We have set basic shipping charges for each item. If we can bulk ship your items with other orders and make arrangements for pick up, or have them picked up at a prospector’s meeting in Wisconsin, we will be able to reduce your shipping charges considerably. This amount will be rebated to you in the form of a check. If you don’t feel comfortable ordering online, please give me a call at the numbers listed and we will work out other arrangements for payment. Our goal is to provide you with the product you want without having a bunch of hidden fees driving up the cost of your purchase. If I see an opportunity to reduce your shipping that may need your participation, I will contact you to see if you are interested.

We do not carry all items in stock that we sell. Some items, because of lower volume of sales, are ordered when the purchase is made. This allows us to save you money by not carrying the overhead of these items.

We have now instituted a new policy because the cost of shipping has gotten quite high. I will be ordering non-stocked items on the 15th of every month to fill orders, and on the 1st if orders justify the shipping charges. If you need your item sooner, please e-mail me so I can get it delivered faster. This is necessary to keep our shipping prices low so you can get the best deal possible. The only items not typically stocked are the dredges and highbankers.

The included shipping charges are usually a worst case price. In almost all cases you will be receiving a refund on some of the shipping costs. It is Proline’s policy, and therefore my policy, on all Proline products, to charge a 20% restocking fee on all canceled orders that have been prepared for shipment from Proline. I will save you money if you order from me, but sometimes there are delays that are beyond my control . If there is a delay in shipment of an item, I will inform you immediately of the projected delivery and give you the option of a refund with no penalty.
